Cancellation Policy
Native Milk believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order is out for delivery.
- Though Native Milk ensures availability of the products shown to the customers while placing the order, however, under unforeseen circumstances the company reserves the right to cancel an order basis stock availability due to product damage, defect or other reasons.
Refund Policy
Our normal support hours are Monday through Saturday, 11am to 7pm IST.
1. Refund for subscription to Native Milk is only permitted in exceptional cases after deducting the amount for the product supplied. If the subscriber does not need the product subscribed for then he/ she is allowed to purchase other Native Milk dairy products for the amount.
2. There are certain areas that Native Milk does not deliver as yet. Native Milk advises you to kindly confirm with Customer Care at 9820466912 if delivery is feasible in your area or not before making a payment. In case you have already made a payment and the address you wish the delivery is not covered by Native Milk then kindly request a refund and the same would be processed.
3. In the rare case of defective packaging, please send a picture of the same immediately on receiving the product to our customer care no 9820466912 or email us at contact@nativemilk.co.in and Native Milk on confirming with you will replace the product or take your request for refund.
4. Refund would be in the name of the customer within 7 working days of accepting refunds.
